Meghan Goes With "Dear Future Husband" Next
After landing two massive hits, Meghan Trainor has selected the third single from 'Title.'

Here’s a treat for all you Megatronz! A new Meghan Trainor track called “Take Me There” surfaced online this morning (March 9) and it’s exceedingly cute. “Let’s run away to the West Coast, don’t hesitate because there won’t ever be a chance like this,” the 21-year-old chirps over strummed guitar. “You know I wanna be there, come on and take me there.”

“Take Me There” has a sunny, beach vibe that reminds me of Colbie Caillat, which might indicate that the song was intended for someone else. Before tapping into the booty-worshipping zeitgeist with “All About That Bass,” Meghan penned songs for a bunch of other artists. This could be one of those — or perhaps it’s just a reject from the Title sessions? Either way, it’s sugary sweet and well worth a listen.

Listen to “Take Me There”: UPDATE: As is often the case with these things, we’ve kindly been asked to take the song down.
