Madonna Talks ‘Rebel Heart’ Album Leak & Her Kids On ‘Today Show’: Watch
Madonna‘s forthcoming Rebel Heart LP is officially out tomorrow (March 10), and the entertainer has been making the most of her promotional rounds. She was primarily fixated in Europe over the past few weeks with performances at the 2015 BRITs, France’s Le Grand Journal and recently in Italy. But she now has a new interview in the states, this time with the Today Show!
Madge reunites with Carson Daly after 15 years as the two discuss her new project, as well as the “horrifying” album leak. She stated, “I mean, it’s a process. Music is really personal to me. A lot of the stuff is out there that I had no intention of ever finishing. They’re, like, scribbles on a pad. You know what I mean? It’s unspeakably embarrassing.”
The singer also reveals that her daughter is a big fan of the record, especially the Diplo songs: “[Lourdes] kept sending me text messages saying, ‘Mom, can you please text me the Diplo track?’” Madonna said. “I’m like, ‘The record’s not out yet. No, I can’t send it to you.”
Madonna and Daly also share shots of tequila, but not because he asked a stupid question — the Queen of Pop was actually feeling quite happy!
Her 13th studio album, Rebel Heart, drops tomorrow (March 10). She’ll also be kicking off her Rebel Heart North American tour this summer (August 29 to be exact).
