St. Lucia Puts His Spin On Marina And The Diamonds’ “Froot”: Listen To The Remix
Marina And The Diamonds‘ “Froot” single is already a charmer, but what happens when an artist like St. Lucia gets his hands on it? The indie musician premiered his remix of the pop tune today (March 10), and it will definitely amp up your early afternoon blues!
The Brooklyn-based artist turns the song into even more of a danceable, club-ready romp — thanks to the choppy, robotic synths and dreamlike melodies that will take to you space and back.
“Froot” is off Marina And The Diamonds’ forthcoming third studio LP Froot (out March 16), which includes tracks like “Forget,” “I’m A Ruin,” “Happy” and “Immortal.” The singer
is also embarking on a North American tour, which begins on March 26 in New York City.
