Kanye West’s “Awesome”: Stream His Ode To Kim Kardashian
Kanye West‘s laptop was allegedly stolen during his stay in Paris, and one of the tracks has surfaced online. Titled “Awesome,” we first heard a fuzzy version of the tune when the artist performed it at various events: the 2013 Met Gala, at a Roseland Ballroom concert and via a brief snippet in a Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode last year.
Now, almost two years later, the studio version is here. A musical ode to his wife Kim Kardashian, “Awesome” is filled with Autotune-laced, gurgling vocals and heavy piano notes while West sings “You look to good to be at work/You feel too good to ever hurt/I hope you ready for tonight/I’m gonna cook you the dessert.” Aww, how adorable!
There is no confirmation if “Awesome” will be on West’s forthcoming album, So Help Me God, but at least we get to hear it in its final version!
