Thalia And Becky G Heat Up The Club In Their Sexy “Como Tu No Hay Dos” Video: Watch
Not satisfied with being a superstar in Mexico and most of the Spanish-speaking world, Thalia made a valiant attempt at conquering America with an English language album in the early ’00s. It was a moderate success and produced one hit (Fat Joe-assisted R&B anthem “I Want You”), but she soon admitted defeat and went back to slaying the charts in her native tongue. That makes her bilingual collab with Becky G, “Como Tu No Hay Dos,” something of a welcome surprise.
The latest single from the enduring diva’s 12th LP Amore Mio, “Como Tu No Hay Dos” is an update dance anthem with a couple of cute verses from the “Shower” hitmaker. A club-themed video was inevitable and the lovely Latinas have a great time partying with each other despite their 25 year age difference. It’s nice to see Thalia let her hair down (literally and figuratively) after releasing so many ballads. Perhaps album it’s time to explore EDM on her next album?
