Zayn Malik Quits One Direction: See 1D Fans’ Reactions On Social Media
Today (March 25) is a sad one for the pop world — Zayn Malik has officially left One Direction. Okay, we can admit that we saw this one coming after endless rumors surrounding the boy band member. But this is definitely the biggest shake-up in pop so far this year! The announcement comes after Malik pulled out of 1D’s 2015 On The Road Again World Tour.
The singer released a statement on One Direction’s
Facebook page, saying “I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight. I know I have four friends for life in Louis, Liam, Harry and Niall. I know they will continue to be the best band in the world.”
