Iggy Azalea Makes A (Brief) Return To Twitter To Mark Her Trip To L.A. Zoo
Iggy Azalea handed over her Twitter account to management on February 18 and shortly thereafter said “Girl, bye!” to Instagram. It was an understandable response to an onslaught of bad publicity, but has made social media a much drearier place. (The Australian femcee’s beef with Papa John’s was/is absolutely iconic). That makes the rap diva’s surprise return to the app all the more noteworthy.
“The @LAZoo has awesome chimpanzees,” Iggy randomly tweeted. The zoo then replied and shared a couple of pics from the “Fancy” hitmaker’s family day with boyfriend Nick Young and his adorable son Nick Jr. They are shown feeding animals and checking out the sites. It’s nice to see Amethyst (her real name) looking so happy and relaxed. With “Trouble” shaping up to be a hit and that Britney Spears collaboration on the way, she has reason to smile.
