Sky Ferreira: Idolator Interview
Sky talks to us on camera about making her fantastic debut album.

On Wednesday (April 1) night, musicians ranging from composer Angelo Badalamenti to Sky Ferreira to Duran Duran to The Flaming Lips to Moby gathered at Los Angeles’ Ace Hotel for an evening of “The Music Of David Lynch,” a very Lynchian evening of songs from and inspired by the 69-year-old director’s films (and Twin Peaks!).

Below are just a small group of the performances from the night — including Sky taking on iconic tune “Blue Velvet” — while above is a gallery of photos of Ferreira, Duran Duran and The Flaming Lips at the trippy event.

(You can get more of a gist of who all hit the stage via the Rolling Stone writeup about the night.)

Sky Ferreira — “Blue Velvet”

Angelo Badalamenti — “Laura Palmer’s Theme (from Twin Peaks)”

Duran Duran — “The Chauffer”
