Florence + The Machine’s “Ship To Wreck” Video Is Full Of Self Destruction: Watch

When Florence Welch revealed that new How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful single “Ship To Wreck” was about her “own self destructive side, and how you can make something only to tear it down, enjoy/destroy, create/devastate,” she wasn’t kidding. In the video for the song, Welch roams through her own house — yes, that’s Chez Flo you see in the visual above — and displays her dual personalities while interacting with the ones she loves.

Welch’s better half in the clip takes the brunt of her bad behavior, though her furniture, wardrobe and friends get thrashed on, as well.

Florence reunited with her “What Kind Of Man” director Vincent Haycock and choreographer Ryan Heffington for the “Ship To Wreck” clip, which had its premiere last night (April 12) when the video was played on stage at Coachella just before Welch’s live performance.

How Big, How Blue How Beautiful will be released on June 1. Watch the “Ship To Wreck” video above, and let us know your thoughts on it below!
