Natalie La Rose Interview
Natalie La Rose talks debut single "Somebody," working with Flo Rida and her EP.

With irresistible debut single “Somebody” recently cracking the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, Natalie La Rose can lay claim to being one of 2015’s first break-out pop stars. Her catchy interpolation of Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” continues to gain momentum on radio, so we should be seeing and hearing a lot more of the Dutch diva over the next couple of months.

The 25-year-old made her national television debut today (April 22) with a killer performance of “Somebody” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Natalie and collaborator Jeremih did a great job of playing off each other vocally, but the real highlight was the newcomer’s dance moves. The cute choreography suited the song’s retro vibes and evoked memories of a time when dancing machines like Janet Jackson and Paula Abdul ruled the charts. Watch up top.
