Hilary Duff Talks About New Album
During a sitdown with MTV, Hilary Duff discussed her long-awaited follow-up album!

After dropping her “Sparks” lyric video last week, Hilary Duff is now ready to release the official visual! The singer/actress teased a brief preview of what’s to come on her Facebook yesterday (April 29), and she promises that it’s coming soon.

From what I can tell by the nine-second sneak peek, the Hannah Lux Davis-directed clip is a neon-colored dance party that finds Duff and her crew of friends rocking sparkly outfits and grooving in what appears to be a more sophisticated padded cell. Davis is the mastermind behind visuals like Jessie J’s “Bang Bang,” Ariana Grande’s “Love Me Harder,” Ciara’s “I’m Out,” Tinashe’s “2 On,” Nicki Minaj’s “Only” and many more.

The singer is currently readying her forthcoming follow-up to Dignity, which will also include a song about her three-year-old son Luca called “This Heart.” Along with the album, Duff’s TV Land show Younger has been renewed for a second season (it is only five episodes in!) and she is booked for KISS 108’s concert in Mansfield, MA on May 16. Other acts like Kelly Clarkson, Fifth Harmony, Nick Jonas, Ella Henderson, Natalie La Rose, Zedd and Jason Derulo are all set to perform.

Watch the “Sparks” teaser below, and let us know if you’re excited for the new video!
