Yesterday (May 5), Miley Cyrus announced her Happy Hippie Foundation, a non-profit organization that serves to support homeless and LGBT youth. The news is accompanied by the singer’s “Backyard Sessions” performances, and the first one to be revealed is with Joan Jett!

Cyrus and the rocker perform “Different,” a track off Jett and the Blackhearts’ 2013 album, Unvarnished. The two artists look in their element as they bounce their musical (and totally badass) chemistry off each other. Other acts to support Miley’s Happy Hippie Foundation include Laura Jane Grace, Melanie Safka and Ariana Grande.
