Leona Lewis’ “Fire Under My Feet” Gets A Smooth House Remix By Endor: Listen
Leona Lewis isn’t taking any chances with comeback single “Fire Under My Feet.” The British diva unveiled the mid-tempo soul-pop song this morning (May 11) and now caters to fans looking for something a little less… sedate by dropping a dance remix. UK producer/artist Endor (A.K.A. Dan Hardingham) effortlessly transforms the Toby Gad-produced anthem into a seriously smooth floorfiller.
If anything, it sounds a little too good and makes me pine for the 30-year-old’s flirtation with electronica on ill-fated (but underrated) third LP Glassheart. The fact that Leona dropped the remix on the same day as the video, however, is some indication that she hasn’t turned her back on the genre completely. Her fifth studio LP I Am drops June 7. Listen to the remix below.
