Cher Serves Gothic Glamor As The Face Of Marc Jacobs’ 2015 Fall Campaign: See The Pic
Cher is the new face of Marc Jacobs 2015 Fall campaign. The designer unveiled the first picture from the high-profile collaboration on his Instagram account today (May 27) and it’s a testament to the 69-year-old diva’s striking beauty and seemingly eternal youth. She poses on a chair wearing a black leather jacket and gloves teamed with a long, flowing skirt. It falls somewhere between Morticia Adams and a hot biker chick, but I think that’s the whole point.
The “Woman’s World” hitmaker hinted at the collaboration by attending the MET Gala with Jacobs. “This has been a dream of mine for a very, very long time,” the 52-year-old fashion mogul told The New York Times in early May. “Other boys were out fascinated by other things,” he continued. “I was like, no, I’d really much rather see what Cher’s wearing this week.” Apart from becoming a supermodel, Cher is said to be working on a musical based on her life.
