Coming For That Summer Smash! Cher Hints At New Music On Twitter
After taking of several months to convalesce from a tour-ending viral infection, Cher seems to be back in business! The pop legend resurfaced at the MET Gala on the arm of designer Marc Jacobs and then posed in a glamorous leather ensemble for the first glimpse at his fall 2015 collection. It also looks like new music is on the horizon after dropping several hints on her iconic, semi-indecipherable Twitter account.
“Are you ready to record your new [song] in June?” asked a fan in one of the diva’s nightly Q&As. “Am getting ready,” Cher replied. “Song is in the stratosphere. Doesn’t he know I’m Almost 100⁉️ He should b lowering Keys.” There’s no word yet who “he” is or what the song is for, but the prospect of new music from the Queen of Twitter is tantalizing. Especially because Closer To The Truth was a guilty pleasure that could have done a lot better with sensible single choices and less tragic videos. See her tweets below:
