Selena Gomez's New Album Is Almost Done
Selena Gomez's new LP is closer than we thought! She revealed that it's almost done.

Selena Gomez warned fans that her new album is almost here via a steamy (literally) Instagram post earlier this week. We know that she’s been in the studio with Hit-Boy, Zedd and Rock Mafia, but there’s still no real information on the overall direction of the LP. Until now. The 22-year-old’s vocal coach Stevie Mackey has opened up about the project — describing it as more mature and personal than her previous albums.

“Selena’s voice sounds amazing and her album will be much different than the Disney sound she’s done in the past,” Mackey told Hollywood Life. “This album will be more adult, more feminine and more about Selena’s experiences. She’s recorded a lot of new songs at this point and she sounds beautiful.” Will there by any references to her famous ex? “She doesn’t mention [Justin Bieber] directly, but one could deduce that she is. Most artists sing about their present or past relationships in their music.”
