Miley Cyrus Attends amfAR’s Sixth Annual Inspiration Gala: 10 Photos
Miley Cyrus was a lady in red at the amfAR’s Sixth Annual Inspiration Gala in NYC last night (June 16) — and for a good cause! The popstress, along with Bravo’s Andy Cohen, was presented with the foundation’s Inspiration Award.
Along with giving a speech, Miley also helped to raise $69,000 at the amFAR auction for her Caitlyn Jenner artwork. On the red carpet, the “Nightmare” singer resembled a bad-ass Queen Of Hearts as she rocked a Jeremy Scott gown. As for her mystery date? It is 24-year-old Tyler Ford, a NYC native whom Miley introduced to her fans on Instagram as “a queer, biracial, agender person, whose pronouns are they/them/theirs.”
Meet Tyler (@tywrent), a 24 year old living in New York City, and my date for @amfar tonight!!! Tyler is a queer, biracial, agender person, whose pronouns are they/them/theirs. Tyler shares about their identity, experiences and hopes saying: “My whole life, I was led to believe that there were only two genders. I thought I had to shrink myself to fit into a box that was never going to contain me. It took years for me to find words for my gender identity, and to feel comfortable expressing myself as I am.” 🌈🌈🌈💛💛💛💛💛💛 #happyhippiepresents #instapride @happyhippiefdn @instagram
