Lana Del Rey Is Tired In The Studio, But There’s A New ‘Honeymoon’ Producer Helping Her Out

Lana Del Rey is hard at work on her Ultraviolence follow-up, Honeymoon, and last night (June 24) she updated fans about her progress in the studio. Using her new Honeymoon Instagram account, she posted a sleepy selfie captioned “So tired in the studio,” and the other photo announced one of the album’s new co-producers.

“Meet Kieron, our long time engineer and now co-producer with Rick,” she wrote. “He did a lot of the beats on our record as well as some innovative soundscaping. He’s the coolest.”

That’s legendary producer Rick Nowels she’s talking about, who has been writing and producing with Lana since her Born To Die days, and newcomer Kieron Menzies, who got this promotion after doing some engineering on each of Lana’s first three releases.
