The two of them hang out for yet another revealing photo shoot.

Miley Cyrus teamed with burgeoning hip-hop producer Mike WiLL Made It for 2013’s Bangerz — the album where she said goodbye to her Disney Channel past once and for all. They have since reunited to work on the singer’s follow-up, though as Mike WiLL recently told MTV News, Cyrus has taken a completely different direction with her new material.

“We’ve got like eight or ten songs recorded, so we’re just gonna pick the best songs to go on the album,” Mike WiLL says, adding, “It should be interesting though. Her whole sound is switching up, you know what I’m saying? It’s crazy.”

Cyrus talked in her recent PAPER magazine cover story about working with the producer  (“Mike WiLL will text me a beat, and I’ll get in my studio and work on it myself”), which is apparently making her camp nervous.  “They’re like, ‘Don’t make it too weird, don’t make it too avant-garde; you can’t go from Miley to Bjork!” she says.

Meanwhile, Mike WiLL himself has been teaming up with Beyonce, RihannaNo Doubt, Brandy and Fergie for his own album, which he says will also come out this year. Watch him talk both releases to MTV below.
