Nick Jonas, De La Soul And MNEK Added To V Festival Lineup
Nick Jonas is among the latest acts to be added to V Festival‘s 20th anniversary lineup, August 22 and 23 in England. “My fans have been very supportive of my new music so I’m really excited to perform for them at one of the UK’s greatest festivals,” Jonas says in a statement.
Of course, Jonas’ performance will help promote the July 17 UK release of his self-titled album, featuring hits like “Chains” and “Jealous.”
Legendary hip-hop group De La Soul and rising retro pop artist MNEK have also been added to the event’s lineup. The former just raised over $600,000 on Kickstarter for their first album since 2004’s The Grind Date, to feature David Byrne, Damon Albarn and 2 Chainz. Meanwhile, MNEK is performing Wireless Festival this weekend after releasing his Small Talk EP in March.
V Festival will also feature performances by Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding and Sam Smith.
