Straight after dropping her “Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself” single last week, Jess Glynne is now back with its official video! The UK starlet, who calls it her “most special one yet,” radiates a positive light in the Declan Whitebloom-directed clip.

The video stars The Wire‘s Clarke Peters who plays a ghost that helps push his teenage son to follows his dreams of playing the drums. The themes of overcoming grief and taking risks is all the motivation you need to get through your Thursday morning!

Look out for the singer’s debut I Cry When I Laugh LP on August 21 in the UK and September 11 in the U.S. It features tunes like “Hold My Hand,” “Ain’t Got Far To Go,” “Real Love,” “Rather Be” with Clean Bandit, “My Love” with Route 94 and her “Not Letting Go” collaboration alongside Tinie Tempah.
