Nico & Vinz Team Up With Bebe Rexha And Kid Ink For New Single “That’s How You Know”: Listen
Nico & Vinz came out of nowhere to land one of last year’s biggest hits with the irresistible “Am I Wrong.” After topping charts around the globe, the track eventually caught on stateside and climbed all the way to number four on the Billboard Hot 100. The Norwegian duo landed one more hit (“In Your Arms”) from their first international album Black Star Elephant, but couldn’t repeat the success of their breakthrough smash.
They might have better luck with the first track from their new LP. An expletive-filled collaboration with Bebe Rexha and Kid Ink, “That’s How You Know” is a folky pop song about life giving you a reality check. “You were big city living, girlfriend like Eva Mendes until your side-chick called you up said she might be pregnant,” the guys sing over strummed guitar. “Now you’re alone and crying, inside you’re slowly dying cause Magic Mike just got your key. That’s how you know you fucked up!”
Bebe and Kid Ink then share similar tales of woe on the breezy track, which sounds like a sunnier, less pretentious version of “FourFiveSeconds.” Listen below.
