Tamar Braxton revealed that her third LP will be released on September 11 during a TV interview this morning (July 22). “It’s a very important day world wide,” the 38-year-old explained. “I felt like that’s the day you can reflect on your loved ones and to help others. That’s why it’s called Calling All Lovers.” The album will feature soulful ballad “If I Don’t Have You,” which is rapidly climbing the R&B chart.

“In ‘I Don’t Have You’ I have nothing to hide about how I feel. Before I was married I kissed a lot of frogs and ogres,” the R&B diva quipped. “I talk about those experiences candidly.” Expectations are high for Calling All Lovers. Tamar’s last album Love And War was a surprise hit — debuting at number two on the Billboard 200 in 2013. That made her one of the first reality TV stars to successfully leverage their fame into a successful music career. Watch the interview below.
