Is Lana Del Rey On The Weeknd’s New Album?

Is Kanye On The Weeknd's LP?
Ed Sheeran says he worked with The Weeknd and that Kanye is on the new LP, too.

UPDATE 2: Lana is on the album. See the full tracklist here.

UPDATE: Not surprisingly, the tracklist was bogus. Republic told Stereogum it was inaccurate.

Well, a purported tracklist to The Weeknd‘s Beauty Behind The Madness momentarily surfaced on Amazon Germany, and the only feature listed is Lana Del Rey on a track called “Prisoner.”

You know how these tracklist leaks go, so take it with a grain of salt, but this collab wouldn’t be such a stretch — in fact, I’m more surprised to see “Earned It” on here. During a Reddit AMA about a year ago, The Weeknd was asked if he’d ever work with Lana, and he replied, “Yes. Lana is a good friend of mine.” That came amidst rumors that The Weeknd would appear on Ultraviolence, which were further fueled when Lana tagged him in one of her Instagram posts.

If this tracklist is to be believed, then Ed Sheeran‘s tale about being one of two features on the album (the other being Kanye West) is bunk. Beauty Behind The Madness is out August 28. See the supposed tracklist below.

1.  Real Life
2.  Losers
3.  Tell Your Friends
4.  Often
5.  The Hills
6.  Acquainted
7. Can’t Feel My Face
8. Shameless
9. Earned It
10. In the Night
11. As You Are
12. Prisoner [feat. Lana Del Rey]
13.  Dark Times
14. Angel
