JoJo Confirms MNEK Collab
JoJo has confirmed that she's working with MNEK on her long, long-overdue third LP.

Nine long years have passed since the release of JoJo’s sophomore LP The High Road. The 24-year-old spent the bulk of that time trying to escape from Blackground Records — finally extricating herself from the deal from hell in 2014. She was soon snapped up by Atlantic and we’ve been treated to a steady stream of information about the “Leave (Get Out)” diva’s quasi-mythological third album ever since. With one exception. There’s still no word on the release date.

Well, that could be about to change! JoJo unveiled a new logo on Twitter today (August 4), which is the best hint thus far that new music is imminent. The comeback queen has been collaborating with some impressive names on the long-overdue opus including Harmony Samuels, Diane Warren and MNEK. The lead single was due earlier this year, but what’s another six months when you’ve been waiting for almost decade?
