New music from Nick Jonas? New music from Ariana Grande? New music from Rita Ora? Is summer finally heating up, just as it’s beginning to wind down? Speaking of which, who do you think has the defining Sleeper Hit Of Summer 2015?

All of these pop shenanigans went down this past week, causing our readers to enthusiastically voice up with their usual gusto. And as we do every Friday evening, we rounded up the creme de la creme…and the shade de la shade…from the comments here on Idolator.

Have at this latest edition of Whatcha Say below, pop fanatics!

:: funbunn40 had a winner in mind after reading Ibrawlator: Who Has This Summer’s Best Sleeper Hit? VOTE!: “Adam’s ‘Ghost Town’ is easily my choice. The man can sing like no other & ‘Ghost Town’ is so addicting, playing over & over in my head. The entire album, The Original High, is filled with winning songs.”

:: Jaqui, meanwhile, questioned our choice of candidates for the Sleeper Hits: “Don’t get why ‘Worth It’ & Demi’s song are on this list. They’re both selling & being played like mad. Adam’s ‘Ghost Town’ needs to be played, it’s an awesome song. It makes you think, and feel and dance. Oh but people just want sex and butts & no heart in their top 20s.”

:: Clearly unimpressed, qwkinuf had this to say on Ariana Grande To Kick Off Moonlight Era With New Single “Focus On Me”: “She is really nothing more then a packaged mediocre performer designed for fans who aren’t old enough to drive.”

:: Lee Yasir took a different stance: “A lot of bitter, undercover fans in the comments section today. I’m super excited for this era and new Ari, I just hope she shows growth this time around. The samples she posted on snapchat sound like leftovers from My Everything.”

:: S_am_S liked what they heard on Rita Ora Premieres “Body On Me,” Announces US Tour Dates: “Not bad. Sounds a bit like Ciara at points.”

:: Jay was at a loss over Oh No Why Did Meek Mill Bring Caitlyn Jenner Into This? : “I’m starting to feel like many (not all) rappers are just disgusting.”

:: George thought better could be done after taking in Nick Jonas Premieres New Song “Under You”: Watch A Clip: “Lmao at silly lyrics! He needs to step his lyric game up because he’s [sic] vocals are on point. I was hoping this was from his second album. Stop with the re-releases. People buy singles, not albums.”
