LunchMoney Lewis And Chloe Angelides Deliver Irresistible Party Anthem “Whip It!”: Listen
LunchMoney Lewis made the leap from in-demand songwriter to break-out artist with “Bills.” The Ricky Reed-produced anthem was a global smash (it topped the charts in Australia, reached number two in the UK and went top 20 in France and Germany) and dutifully became the 27-year-old’s first entry on the Billboard Hot 100. It should be too long before he lands another one given the sheer catchiness of new single “Whip It!” (not a Devo cover).
While Lunch showed off his soulful pipes on “Bills” (and the majority of his similarly-titled debut EP), the Miami native switches it up on “Whit It!” He raps the verses over a bouncy groove, while singer/songwriter Chloe Angelides unleashes her inner-disco diva on the chorus. “We can go all night, don’t be shy,” she sings. “I’m about to blow your mind, c’mon baby whip it one more time!” Listen to the irresistible party jam below and grab it on iTunes by clicking here.
