In case you hadn’t heard the news, singer-songwriter/Mandy Moore‘s ex-husband Ryan Adams is currently “sandblasting” the songs that make up his forthcoming album comprised of covers of Taylor Swift‘s 2014 hit LP 1989, all done in the style of The Smiths. No, we don’t really get it either, but you can listen to snippets of his renditions of “Bad Blood,” “Shake It Off” and “Welcome To New York” below.
