Pink Recorded The New ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’ Theme Song: Listen To “Today’s The Day”
Pink is back with another very Pink-sounding song, but it’s not a new single…yet. It turns out “Today’s The Day” is a track the 35-year-old hit-maker recorded for the upcoming 13th season of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
“Today’s The Day,” which you can listen to above, sounds like it’s in line with the material featured on Pink’s most recent studio album, 2012’s The Truth About Love. The truth about Pink is that we’d love it if she returned to working with Max Martin, who co-produced her chart-topping singles “So What” and “Raise Your Glass,” as well as several other hits for the singer over the years like “U + Ur Hand” and “Who Knew.”
Alas, for now, we’ll have to make do with a new Ellen theme song.
