Morrissey’s Novel ‘List Of The Lost’ Will Be Released Overseas in September

British pop-rock icon Morrissey is picking up where his literary aspirations left off in 2013, with his successful memoir Autobiography, by releasing his debut novel, List Of The Lost, on September 24.

The rub is that only releases in the UK, Australia and New Zealand have been announced so far. (And that’s why God invented Amazon UK, kids.) Also, if you’re looking for a description on what, exactly, this fictional tale from the onetime Smiths frontman is all about, you’re out of luck for the time being.

The above cover, featuring American runner Earl Young (in a photo from the 1960 Rome Olympics) and the tome’s September release date are about all that’s been announced about List Of The Lost.

Life, such a mystery…
