Jess Glynne's 'I Cry When I Laugh': Album Review
We know that she's a stellar songwriter but does her debut live up to the hype?

Years ago, when only Drake knew of his true identity, The Weeknd wouldn’t even agree to an interview. Now he covers the latest issue of Notion magazine, out September 13. Shot by veteran supermodel Helena Christensen, the rising R&B star steps out into the real world (well, an abandoned alleyway, it appears) and even allows a close-up.

This editorial is the sort of concession that The Weeknd has had to make in order to be recognized as a musical force. But with his new album Beauty Behind the Madness hitting No. 1, not to mention a headlining Made in America set, he probably doesn’t mind making such sacrifices anymore.

The “Tell Your Friends” singer is one of five cover stars for Notion‘s 70th issue, along with Fall Out Boy‘s Pete Wentz, Tove Lo, Mollie King and 5 Seconds of Summer. View the photos from his shoot up top.
