*NSYNC's 'No Strings Attached' Turns 15
We take a look back at one of the biggest pop albums of our generation!

Somehow we missed the fact that onetime *NSYNC member JC Chasez features on the latest Blues Traveler album, Blow Up The Moon (along with Jewel, Plain White T’s and some other folks), but here we are several months after its release and the music video for the title track has premiered.

Chasez’s lone post-*NSYNC solo album was released 11 years ago, and his last major feature on a song came with Basement Jaxx‘s “Plug It In,” also released in 2004. So once you wrap your head around the fact that the 39 year old is now singing on a Blues Traveler track, let it also sink in that “Don’t Trust Me” duo 3OH!3 also feature on “Blow Up The Moon.”

A press release points out that the song’s music video is a “first of its kind,” as it was “created using the new Rockstar Games Rockstar Editor, a special feature in Grand Theft Auto V for PC that allows players to record, edit and share videos created from footage in both Story Mode and GTA Online.” However, it’s worth noting that Waves“Leave” video, which premiered in early July, also employs the same technique.

At any rate, watch JC, John Popper and the rest of the crew above.
