New Find: Jarryd James' "Do You Remember"
Produced by Joel Little, Jarryd Jame's moody "Do You Remember" is an absolute gem.

Ofelia K has been riding a wave of blog love since arriving earlier this summer with a one-two punch of perfect pop songs (“White T-Shirt” and “As A Bell”). Since then, the former Wanderhouse vocalist has amassed more than one million streams and received radio support from influential stations like BBC Radio 1 and KCRW. She now returns with “Gone” — the third taste of the buzz artist’s much-anticipated debut EP (coming soon via South x Sea).

“Gone” is a demented daydream of a song with a quirky organ hook and the kind of chorus that lingers a lot longer than it should. “My producer/co-writer Dr Rosen Rosen played me a track he was messing around with that had a beautiful organ falling slightly in and out of tune,” Ofelia says. “I was really obsessed with it and we began building ‘Gone’ around that part. I love the sadness of the subject matter, mixed with the optimism of the instrumentation.”

We’re very excited to premiere Ofelia K’s latest below.
