Sevyn Delivers A Sexy Remix Of Tory Lanez’s “Say It”: Listen
“I fux with Tory Lanez ‘say it’ record,” Sevyn Streeter tweeted on the weekend. “Might need to flip it and give the female response”. A woman of her word, the R&B diva hit up the studio and put her spin on the sexy slow jam. “Ever since I walked in, I caught your eye,” the 29-year-old coos. “But no more lie, trying to find if we could chill, if we could vibe.” She does an impressive job of turning the song inside out without destroying the mood of the original.
The “It Won’t Stop” hitmaker recently dropped an EP called Shoulda Been There Pt. 1. It features upbeat Chris Brown collaboration “Don’t Kill The Fun” and Hit-Boy-assisted bop “Boomerang” (the video is due later this week). Sevyn is also working on her debut LP On The Verge, which sums up her “thoughts, desires, fears, tears, emotional ups, downs, good times, drunk nights & unforgettable memories.” Listen to her version of “Say It” below.
