Adele’s New Album Reportedly Out On November 20

Rumour has it (see what I did there?) Adele‘s third album is coming this fall. That was based on an Entertainment Weekly cover line that read “Fall Music Preview: New Albums From Adele / Prince/ Disclosure / Lana Del Rey.” Shortly after that, Billboard narrowed the date range, confirming with her label that the new album would drop in November. And now Hits Daily Double has pinpointed the release date, reporting that Adele’s new LP will be out on November 20, making this the most thankful Thanksgiving in recorded history.

The site offers up no details about how they got their hands on that information or anything in the way of corroboration, but November 20 is a Friday, so that’s enough for me to just go all-in and start a mental countdown. HDD adds that the album’s lead single should be expected “in the first or second week of November” and will be accompanied by performances on SNL and TODAY.

Adele has reportedly worked with a slew of producers and songwriters during sessions for album #3, presumably called 25including Danger Mouse, Ryan Tedder, Tobias Jesso Jr. and Max Martin. It’ll be her first full-length since 2011’s massively popular 21.
