Beyonce's surprise Naughty Boy collab "Runnin'" is utterly sublime. Watch.

Beyoncé notoriously does not care for doing long-form interviews anymore (her September Vogue cover was simply a model-worthy photo shoot). But for the Winter 2015 issue of Beat, the singer decided to share a few succinct yet interesting tidbits for the obscure magazine.

For the cover, Beyoncé is an All-American Girl as she rocks a flag-printed bodysuit. Inside the issue, the entertainer continues the theme while displaying her curves in various swimwear, wraps herself in an American flag and poses with…a chicken?

As for this interview? The “7/11” starlet gives some unpredictable answers to questions like how does fear taste, what was the last song that got stuck in her head (it’s “Jugg” by Fetty Wap!) and which Beyoncé era she’d dress as for Halloween (“Destiny’s Child Survivor era with the army fatigues. Or maybe Bootylicious with the gold tooth and pink tips in my hair,” she says) Oh, she also reveals what toppings she likes on her pizza.

Flip through the gallery up top, and check out the story (the full version drops on October 21) over at Beat.
