Her lead single "Hello" arrives on Friday!

‘Tis the season for music awards, everyone! The latest ceremony to make its announcement is the 2nd Annual BBC Music Awards, who revealed their solid list of performers today (October 22).

One Direction, Ellie Goulding, Little Mix, Jess Glynne, newcomer OMI, Hozier and Mumford & Sons are all set to grace the stage at the UK music event. According to Billboard, more acts will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

The five awards that will be presented include: British Artist of the Year, International Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, a special award for a new artist and a new award for Live Performance of the Year. The boys of 1D are currently prepping their takeover with the upcoming Made In The A.M. album, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they took home a statute.

Look out for the BBC Music Awards when it airs on BBC One on December 10 from Birmingham’s Genting Arena!
