Jack Ü & AlunaGeorge’s “To Ü” Video Exemplifies Young Love: Watch
Jack Ü (a.k.a. the music super-force helmed by Skrillex and Diplo) has been riding the massive Justin Bieber-assisted “Where Are Ü Now?” wave ever since its February release, but now the two producers are ready to slow things down and get a little more emotional with their latest single — “To Ü.”
Featuring UK’s own Aluna Francis of AlunaGeorge, the accompanying AG Rojas-directed video (which dropped today, October 26) is a romantic haze that exemplifies young love. It features real-life couples of various genders in Detroit as they unapologetically show intimate affection for their lovers. Aluna also gets in the action while running through a field and hesitantly embracing her man. The vintage-style video filled with subdued colors and raw emotions will be loved by Larry Clark fans, since it echoes cult films like Ken Park and Kids.
“To Ü” follows “Take Ü There” with Kiesza and “Where Are Ü Now” off Jack Ü’s Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü album. Get into the new visual up top!
