Sia Teases Ominous “Alive” Video: Watch A Preview
Sia released the lyric video for “Alive” a week ago, so her timing of dropping the official teaser today (October 27) is spot on.
The 25-second preview focuses on a young girl sitting in a butterfly pose as she rocks a white karate outfit and the black + white wig that has been the highlight of Sia’s promotional campaign for the single. The child looks completely at peace until she opens her eyes…and then the teaser cuts off.
“Alive” is the first taste of Sia’s forthcoming This Is Acting album via Monkey Puzzle Records/RCA Records. The music video is “coming soon” according to the singer, and the LP does not have a release date yet. But Sia will keep busy in the next few weeks, as she is booked to perform on Saturday Night Live and the Shining A Light concert next month.
