Well, this is much more serious than the usual Taylor Swift lawsuit. The superstar on Wednesday (October 28) entered into a legal fight against a radio personality who allegedly reached his hand under her skirt at a 2013 meet-and-greet.

Last month, Florida radio personality David Mueller sued the singer, claiming Swift falsely accused him of groping her at the Pepsi Center in June 2013, which led to him being fired from his job and banned from Swift concerts. But Swift’s new countersuit offers up some sickening details, alleging he “intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission,” according to documents acquired by People.

“Mueller did not merely brush his hand against Ms. Swift while posing for the photograph, he lifted her skirt and groped her,” the court papers read. Swift reportedly alerted her tour manager and security team as soon as the incident occurred. She is demanding a jury trial, and any money she wins from the case will be donated to “charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard.”
