Miike Snow Return With “Heart Is Full”: Listen To The Lead Single Off Upcoming Album ‘III’
Swedish producers Christian Karlsson and Pontus Winnberg, aka the writers and producers of Britney Spears‘ Grammy winner “Toxic,” have come together once more with American singer Andrew Wyatt for a third Miike Snow album, the aptly titled III. While it won’t see a release until next year, per a press release, lead single “Heart Is Full” made its premiere on Stereogum today.
The track kicks off with a sample of a soulful female voice that resurfaces throughout, followed by a mid-tempo beat and Wyatt’s layered vocals, singing, “Please don’t know over my heart, ’cause my heart is full of you,” on the chorus. It’s an altogether noisy track that somehow works perfectly on a pleasing pop level.
