Watch Coldplay’s First Live Performance Of “Adventure Of A Lifetime”
You may think you already saw Coldplay‘s debut performance of new single “Adventure Of A Lifetime” via their NRJ Awards gig on Saturday (November 7). But it turns out that was the second time they’d performed the song live. The debut for their A Head Full Of Dreams lead single came the night before, just a few hours after the track premiered online, on UK TV show TFI Friday.

The disco-tinged song is surprisingly nimble for a Coldplay affair, and live it got a boost from a dance-inducing light show. On this first go-round, Chris Martin seemed to be working out the kinks on that high “alive again!” refrain, but it was an energetic set from the superstar foursome. Check it out below.
A Head Full Of Dreams is out December 4 and features Beyoncé, Noel Gallagher, Tove Lo and Merry Clayton, with production from Stargate.
