BROADHURST delivers one of the best tracks of the year with debut single “Little Lover.” A dark, sweeping love song that vacillates between a sparse acoustic arrangement and airy synths, the widescreen anthem should wreak havoc on blogs in the weeks to come. It is assisted immeasurably by the soon-to-go-viral visual, which we are excited to premiere above. “‘Little Lover’ at its core is really about sex, love and finding your soul mate,” Nick Broadhurst (his full name) says.

“With the music video I really wanted to enhance these core themes visually, so the director James Chappell and I very quickly settled on an idea centred around the concept of the masculine and feminine,” the Australian singer/songwriter continues. “This is not about male or female, rather it’s a representation of the masculine and feminine energies that exist in all of us, also known as yin-yang. You can see Natalie literally rubbing her red primal feminine energy all over me as we start to merge into one being.”

Nick was a founding member of Australian electro-outfit Sneaky Sound System. This marks his return to music after almost a decade pursuing other opportunities.
