Ty Dolla $ign is crowning today (December 11) as #FreeMyHomieFriday — a tribute to his incarcerated brother TC, so the Los Angeles singer decided to drop a pair of remixes for club favorite “Blasé” — and he snagged some famous friends for the project!
The first features Jeezy, Juicy J and Diddy, and finds the trio trading verses with Ty speaking his mind politically: “Fuck George Bush and Ronald Reagan / I don’t fuck with Donald Trump / He don’t like us.” The second, which includes T.I., French Montana and A$AP Ferg, is an eclectic mix of sonically different rap flows.
