The gang’s officially back in town, kids! After speculation of who will actually appear on the Coachella stage this yearGuns N’ Roses have confirmed there will be a reunion.

Axl Rose, Slash and original bassist Duff McKagan will come together for the upcoming festival in April. According to Digital Spy, the band’s press release states: “Upholding a three-decade tradition of breaking ground, creating trends, and forever changing the face of rock ‘n’ roll, Guns N’ Roses announce the most significant and anxiously awaited musical event of this century. Founder Axl Rose and former members Slash and Duff McKagan will regroup to headline the Coachella Music & Arts Festival.”

This is great news for diehard GNR fans, as it will mark the first time they have all performed side by side since 1993. The announcement comes after Slash and Axl ended their longstanding feud last August. No word if more scheduled concerts will follow their festival appearance.

Coachella is set to take place from Friday, April 15 through Sunday, April 17 in Indio, California. LCD Soundsystem (another major band reunion) and Calvin Harris will also headline.
