Michael Jackson‘s 1979 classic Off The Wall marked his breakout as a crossover pop star, and its influence cannot be overstated — just listen to The Weeknd‘s Beauty Behind The Madness for the latest example. And now the Quincy Jones-produced classic is getting a reissue that’s bundled with a documentary directed by Spike Lee.

The film, Michael Jackson’s Journey from Motown to Off The Wall, will chronicle MJ’s rise, his departure from Motown and subsequent partnership with Jones for the making of the album. Lee was given access to footage from Jackson’s personal archive and interviewed artists and family members for the project.

The new edition of Off The Wall drops February 26. Revisit the opening track below.
