Could new music from Christina Aguilera be coming soon? Over the weekend the pop superstar posted a photo from the studio (above). With her headphones on, she jots notes on what appears to be a lyrics sheet. She is proving that she is hard at work.

Christina has two albums on the way: a Spanish-language album, her first since 2000’s Mi Reflejo; and the follow-up to her 2012 full-length Lotus — according to Idolator readers, the third most anticipated pop release of 2016. Collaborators include fellow Voice coach Pharrell and production duo Da Internz, who described Christina’s new sound as “14K caviar ratchet with three fingertips.”

“I’ve been loosely working and sort of accumulating ideas for what my next album will be over the last couple of years,” she said on Today in October. “I’m excited for my fans to finally be getting something from me — it’s been a while.”
