Jewel Announces Picking Up The Pieces Tour

If you never caught Jewel live in her “Who Will Save Your Soul”/”You Were Meant For Me”/”Foolish Games”/”Hands”/”Standing Still”/”Intuition” heyday, now’s your chance…if you live down South. The singer has announced a nine-city tour that runs throughout March, where she’ll be “performing hits spanning her 12-studio albums…and sharing stories from her memoir Never Broken — Songs Are Only Half the Story,” per a press release.

The only rub? All nine dates are confined to four states: Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and North Carolina. Sorry Northerners and those on the West Coast!

To be honest, we’d make the trek to one of Jewel’s gigs if she’d do 2003’s woefully under-appreciated-in-its-time 0304 in its entirety. Anyone else with us?
