Rejoice! Paris Hilton Teases New Single “Crazy For You”
Pop connoisseurs around the globe rejoiced this morning (at least, I did!) when Paris Hilton posted a brief snippet of new music on Instagram. “Crazy For You” stays true to the heiress/DJ’s club sound as she coos “you think I’m crazy, only ’cause I’m crazy for you” over chic synths. The 34-year-old didn’t supply any further information about the track, but it’s safe to assume it’s another cut from her long-overdue sophomore album.
Paris has been plugging away at the follow-up to her legendary 2006 debut LP for several years. She released the lead single “Good Time” (the title was slightly misleading) in 2013 and backed it up with electro-pop anthem “Come Alive” in 2014. The dance diva found her stride last year — scoring a sizable club hit breathy floorfiller “High Off My Love.” If “Crazy For You” picks up where that left off, her album could be worth the decade-long wait.
