Maggie Lindemann starts 2016 on a high by announcing new single “Things” (due January 29). With previous buzz tracks “Knocking On My Heart” and “Couple Of Kids” wreaking havoc on the iTunes alternative chart, expectations are sky high for the first official cut from the 17-year-old’s debut EP. And she delivers with a dark and dreamy electro-lullaby produced by Jayson DeZuzio. Think Selena Gomez meets Spooky Black.

“It’s the little things you do that make me love you,” she coos over mellow synths on the chorus. “Little things, little things.” Maggie is the latest social media star to launch a pop career. It isn’t easy, but Troye Sivan and Shawn Mendes proved that it’s very possible with the right material and an original perspective. Two qualities the talented teen seemingly has in abundance. We’re excited to premiere a snippet of “Things” below.
